Junior and adult classes at Perth Soo Bahk Do are designed to cater for all ages, with though work out sessions for the younger people to the more internal (like coordination between body and mind, concentration and breathing) type training for the older people; we all have our own limitations and classes are designed to ensure each student gets the most out of the class. During classes there is a strong emphasis on respect, discipline, basics courtesy and pushing yourself to your personal limits.

The way of teaching at Perth Soo Bahk Do helps the student to become more aware of his or her surroundings, but also helps to person to develop respect for others.
