OPEN DAY | 3-5pm
Saturday 12 June

If you are keen to see if you like our Korean Karate school – come and join us on Saturday 12 June!

Anyone from 4 years old is welcome and our team of instructors and assistants are excited to meet you.

We love instilling our key concepts of discipline, confidence and leadership to the next generation. We feel honoured to be in the position to teach this in a welcoming, encouraging and supportive way.

We Believe in

Building an encouraging, non-competitive and safe community, through engaging traditional Korean martial arts classes, following a world-class curriculum with passionate and certified instructors.

We Teach

Soo Bahk Do, a traditional Korean martial art, quite similar to karate, to everyone from 4 years old. With over 20 years of teaching experience, head instructor and owner Frank Akkerboom is passionate in sharing his knowledge together with his team of wonderful instructors.

Through learning and teaching the art of Soo Bahk Do we work towards a community of positive people who:

  • Can stand up for themselves with confidence
  • Realise their own potential with humility
  • Know the value of supporting others with leadership
  • Can challenge themselves through discipline
